JOE SWANSON III

General Contractor, Owner

Born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN, Joe 3 started working in the summers with residential framers at the age of 13. Since then, he has built hundreds of residential homes, hundreds of commercial build-outs, and several commercial buildings as a Project Manager. Joe 3 and Samantha have been married since April of 2019 and have 4 children together- Oliver, William, Ivy, and Lily.

SAMANTHA SWANSON

Born and raised in West Tennessee, Samantha received her Bachelor's degree from MTSU and has loved the Middle Tennessee area ever since! She received her real estate license in January 2021. Joe 3 and Samantha have been married since April of 2019 and have 4 children together- Oliver, William, Ivy, and Lily.
