Born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN, Joe 3 started working in the summers with residential framers at the age of 13. Since then, he has built hundreds of residential homes, hundreds of commercial build-outs, and several commercial buildings as a Project Manager. Joe 3 has children, Oliver, Ivy, and Lily.

Born and raised in West Tennessee, Samantha received her Bachelor's degree from MTSU and has loved the Middle Tennessee area ever since! She received her real estate license in January 2021. Samantha has two children, William and Lily.
